Barry’s west end shopping area has recently witnessed the arrival of Giorgio’s designer menswear boutique. Barry has not witnessed such exceptional quality and distinction in menswear retailing in many years. George and Kathy Watters, proprietors of the new venture developed the idea to compliment their existing ladies designer wear and Italian leather goods business, La Qualita, located only five doors away inHigh Street. La Qualita opened its doors in 2004 and has grown from strength to strength with a range of shoppers including celebrities visiting from around the UK and further a field.
Do you like to look and feel good, whatever the occasion? There is an abundance of designer names debuting at Giorgio’s including Gabicci clothing, dressing the discerning gentleman from head to toe in shirts, jumpers, cardigans, dress shirts, casual shirts, t-shirts, and underwear. City Survival and Scott suits. Haggar offers a more casual look with polo shirts, rugby shirts and casual jackets to compliment Rappson chino trousers. There is a selection of Italian leather jackets, bags, and dress shoes by Paolo Vandini.
There is something for everyone at Giorgio’s, noting in particular the Scandinavian company Jupiter, offering shirts “100% bugelfrei”. No outfit would be complete without a selection of accessories, including 100% silk ties, City Survival sunglasses, Italian leather belts and weekend bags, wallets, scarves and cufflinks. Other accessory gifts are on display in store. Prices are competitive and Kathy and George guarantee their prices won’t be beaten in this area.
