Kathy and George Watters established their exclusive boutique, La Qualita, in 2004. It brings Italian/Parisien flair in fashion design including other well-known continental labels to Barry town. La Qualita caters for every occasion from formal evening wear to casual clothing. They sell a range of Italian leather goods including coats, jackets, footwear, handbags, luggage and jewellery. A recent addition to their business base is the sale and hire of exclusive hats to match individual outfits for any special occasion. Kathy and George chose Barry to locate their business “because of the friendly family run business atmosphere in the area. It is also a place suited for people who like to spend time browsing and discovering an individual choice of goods, at their leisure.”
